Manufacturing Technician

Reporting to the Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the purpose of this position is to support the efforts of the Manufacturing teams through gathering & analyzing data, developing & maintaining work instructions, training on those instructions and auditing to ensure conformity. In addition, will also support the Manufacturing Team as needed on projects as assigned.


The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Create, maintain & translate as needed Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure conformity to standard & consistent quality of our product.

·        Assist in collecting, sorting, analyzing, reporting, and reviewing data from the manufacturing process.

·        Assist in sorting questionable parts or product from internal manufacturing processes and purchased supplier components.

·        Auditing processes and process flow.

·        Assist with process improvements and troubleshoot difficulties beyond the operator function.

·        Assist Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineers with tracking and communication of builds including, but not limited to Trials and R&D.

·        Collaborate with other areas to improve efficiency, safety, quality & productivity within manufacturing. 


·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Strong English verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual abilities helpful

·        Competency with Microsoft Office preferred.

·        Working knowledge of production processes in the industry preferred

·        Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

·        Excellent organization and time management abilities

·        Strong collaboration skills and team mentality

·        Attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.

Full Time


Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm (hour unpaid lunch daily) Friday 8:00am-Noon *Changes in schedule may be necessary to accommodate production demands.


$18.00-$22.00 Based on experience
