What You’ll Do
This is a cross-trained role, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work in multiple areas of production.
Core Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure quality production
- Perform tasks across multiple departments as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
What You Might Work On
Depending on your training and department, you may be involved in:
- Preparing materials and forming spa shells
- Installing jets, plumbing, and electrical components
- Assembling frames and structural components
- Testing products for quality and performance
- Finishing, detailing, and packaging final products
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes and skills as part of your development.

You should:
- Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Be comfortable working in a team environment
- Be willing to learn multiple tasks and cross-train
- Take pride in producing quality work
- No prior manufacturing experience required—we’ll train you.
Physical & Work Environment
This is a hands-on, active role in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable with:
- Repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
- Working with materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products
