HR Administrative Assistant





Providing day to day administrative support within Human Resources

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Processing & tracking hours for payroll
  • Organizing and tracking applicant information
  • Initial screening of incoming applications
  • Assisting in setting up interviews & orientations as needed
  • Serves as a backup for conducting orientations and interviews when required.
  • Processing on-boarding/off-boarding of employees
  • Tracking attendance
  • Tracking training progression for all new hires
  • Logo wear ordering & fulfillment
  • Basic filing & office duties

  • Previous experience in Human Resources helpful
  • Microsoft products (especially Excel) a plus
  • Attention to detail and organization are crucial.

JOB TYPE:
Full Time

SCHEDULE:

Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch

COMPENSATION:

$17.00-$19.00 based on experience
