HR Administrative Assistant (Bilingual in Spanish)

As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting employees, helping new hires get started successfully, and assisting with the day-to-day operations that keep the HR department running smoothly.


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide administrative and operational support across multiple Human Resources functions.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and department operations
  • Organize and maintain applicant and recruitment documentation
  • Conduct initial application reviews and assist with interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation coordination
  • Serve as backup support for orientations and interviews when needed

Employee Administration & Payroll Support

  • Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork
  • Maintain employee files and HR records accurately and confidentially
  • Assist with payroll-related tracking and employee hour verification
  • Monitor attendance records and report discrepancies as needed

Training & Administrative Coordination

  • Support tracking of employee training progression and development
  • Assist with logo wear ordering and distribution
  • Perform filing, data entry, reporting, and general office support tasks

Employer Branding & Communications

  • Assist with social media content highlighting company culture and employee engagement
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Help promote MasterSpas as a great place to work


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is bilingual in Spanish, professional, dependable, and passionate about supporting employees and teams.

  • Previous Human Resources or administrative experience is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience supporting or managing social media content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
  • Experience working in fast-paced office or manufacturing environments is a plus

Job Type Full Time
Schedule

Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch

Compensation

$17.00-$19.00 based on experience
