HR Administrative Assistant

Providing day to day administrative support within Human Resources
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing & tracking hours for payroll
- Organizing and tracking applicant information
- Initial screening of incoming applications
- Assisting in setting up interviews & orientations as needed
- Serves as a backup for conducting orientations and interviews when required.
- Processing on-boarding/off-boarding of employees
- Tracking attendance
- Tracking training progression for all new hires
- Logo wear ordering & fulfillment
- Basic filing & office duties
- Previous experience in Human Resources helpful
- Microsoft products (especially Excel) a plus
- Attention to detail and organization are crucial.

SCHEDULE:
Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch
COMPENSATION:
$17.00-$19.00 based on experience
