What You’ll Do
You’ll lead and support content initiatives that drive engagement, traffic, and sales across multiple channels.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and write content across web, email, video, advertising, PR, and internal communications
- Create compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, product messaging, blogs, and dealer communications
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all platforms
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Research audiences and industry trends to create relevant, high-performing content
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Optimize content for SEO and emerging AI-driven search (AEO/AIO)
- Manage email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact or similar)
- Build and execute campaigns within CRM platforms (Keap or similar)
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion
Content Production & Activation
- Collaborate with design, video, and web teams to execute campaigns
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand activations
- Contribute to real-world, product-driven content creation
- Assist with events and campaigns as needed (occasional travel)
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a strong communicator and content creator who understands both storytelling and performance.
Required:
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
- Experience with SEO and evolving search strategies (AEO/AIO)
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of brand storytelling frameworks (StoryBrand or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work, including examples such as:
- Website or landing page content
- Campaign copy or email marketing
- Print or digital marketing materials
- Any content demonstrating both creativity and results
