Employee Development Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing meaningful programs, and helping teams succeed through training, development, and engagement initiatives. You’ll help create opportunities that support employees from onboarding through leadership growth — while helping strengthen the culture that makes Master Spas a great place to work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help support employee growth, training initiatives, leadership development, and company-wide engagement programs that positively impact employees across the organization.

Employee Growth & Career Development

  • Support employee growth and career development initiatives across departments
  • Assist with career pathing conversations and development planning
  • Help coordinate coaching resources and employee development opportunities
  • Track employee training progress, growth goals, and development initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to help employees build skills and prepare for future opportunities

Training & Learning Programs

  • Coordinate and support employee training programs and learning initiatives
  • Help organize onboarding and ongoing development activities
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps
  • Maintain training records, participation tracking, and documentation
  • Assist with leadership development programs and internal training efforts
  • Support technical and process training coordination across departments

Employee Engagement & Company Culture

  • Support employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
  • Coordinate company presentations, town halls, and employee communication events
  • Assist with recognition programs and morale-building activities
  • Help create positive employee experiences throughout the organization
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen teamwork, communication, and employee connection

Community & Training Center Support

  • Coordinate company tours and external visitor experiences
  • Support community engagement activities tied to employee development and training
  • Help maintain organization and readiness within the training center
  • Assist with training materials, supplies, presentations, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for the Employment and Training team as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking someone who is organized, people-focused, proactive, and passionate about helping employees succeed.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, training coordination, employee development, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable facilitating group discussions, presentations, or training sessions
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Experience coordinating events, employee engagement activities, or training programs
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or technical environments is a plus
  • Leadership development or coaching experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour unpaid lunch); Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Exempt – based on experience
