Receiving Material Handler

As a Receiving Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring production teams have what they need to succeed. What You’ll Do
You’ll support daily receiving operations and help maintain accurate inventory across the facility.
Receiving & Material Handling
- Unload incoming freight and verify shipments
- Record deliveries in the Freight Receipt Log
- Stock materials in the appropriate warehouse locations
Inventory & Order Support
- Pull materials based on daily production needs
- Perform cycle counts and assist with year-end physical inventories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Equipment Operation
- Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) to move materials
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification (required)
Organization & Team Support
- Keep receiving and storage areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support workflow
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and organization.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to learn multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred:
- Forklift experience
- Experience with inventory, cycle counting, or data entry
- Warehouse or receiving experience

Physical & Work Environment
This is an active warehouse role. You should be comfortable with:
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
- Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products
