As a Holecut Saw Operator, you’ll learn valuable manufacturing skills while working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses on preparing spa shells for installation of jets, lights, and other components. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience—we provide training.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Operating pneumatic drills to cut precise holes in spa shells
  • Sanding and finishing drilled areas
  • Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Following step-by-step work instructions and processes
  • Working with team members across departments to keep production moving

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a team.

You should:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a strong work ethic and good attendance
  • Be comfortable working with your hands and learning new skills
  • Work well with others in a team environment

Helpful, but not required:

  • Experience with tools or shop classes


Physical & Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with:

  • Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Lifting or moving materials (with assistance when needed)
  • Working in a manufacturing environment (not temperature-controlled)
  • Wearing protective equipment, including respirators when required
