At MasterSpas, our production team is at the heart of what we do. As a Part-Time Holecut Saw Operator, you’ll help prepare spa shells for key components while working a schedule that fits your availability.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support our production team with precision work that contributes directly to the final product.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating pneumatic drills to cut holes for jets, lights, and controls
  • Sanding and finishing drilled areas for proper fit and quality
  • Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Following work instructions and production processes
  • Assisting team members and supporting overall production needs

No prior experience? No problem—we provide training.

What We’re Looking For

You should:

  • Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Be comfortable working with your hands and learning new tasks
  • Work well independently and as part of a team

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with tools or mechanical work
  • Previous manufacturing or labor experience


Physical & Work Environment

This is a hands-on production role. You should be comfortable with:

  • Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Lifting or moving materials (with assistance when needed)
  • Working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Wearing required protective equipment, including respirators
