The Inside Sales & Ecommerce Sales Specialist is a key contributor to the success of MasterSpas’ dealer and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels. This role focuses on driving growth across MasterSpas’ dealer and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, with a primary focus on expanding ecommerce sales for the Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT brands. This role blends inside sales, ecommerce management, and digital sales strategy.

A critical part of this position is actively working with our Dealers and Territory Representatives to help move dealer-owned inventory, reduce aging product, and ensure timely shipment of orders already placed. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings new ideas to simplify sales processes, and embraces innovation in support of MasterSpas’ mission of helping people live life better.

This role is responsible for performing advanced electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance throughout production areas, facilities, and grounds. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment and are motivated to expand their technical expertise while supporting safe, efficient, and reliable operations

The Process Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, setting up, modifying, optimizing, and monitoring manufacturing processes in the production of spas and hot tubs. This position focuses on improving process efficiency, product quality, and overall operational effectiveness, particularly in the areas of lamination, foam, and acrylic manufacturing.

The Process Engineer will develop and implement process improvements, support engineering changes, and collaborate closely with production teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing performance.

Our hand-crafted spas and swim spas are made and tested to the highest quality standard and that quality starts with our team members in production. Each employee on the production line is asked to perform a variety of duties in a variety of departments, as cross-training is key to our continued success. You will need to follow the work order instructions & procedures in place in the department assigned to ensure production of a quality product at all times. All departments are required to work together as a team, so it is crucial that this person be dependable and able to work well with others.

Load product onto designated transportation modes (ie. trailers, containers, etc.) per schedules and maintain accuracy within inventories and required documentation.

Responsible for all assigned tasks relating to small parts department including inventory control, preparing items for shipment using various vendor systems such as Fedex, UPS, USPS etc., putting away and pulling inventory as needed, and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the department.  

Provides broad customer support for incoming calls and e-mails from dealers, service centers and spa owners. Assists with creating and maintaining various product reference materials for the department utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Publisher).

Under the direction of the Production Manager the responsibility of this position is to assist in the moving of materials & waste throughout the building as well as moving items outside the building using a forklift, box truck or trailer. Forklift experience and clean driving record is preferred. This team will also assist the maintenance team in non- skilled facilities/safety tasks and may be required to work in different areas not related to present position. Must be willing to work in any of our four facilities all located on Lincoln Parkway, Fort Wayne. This team’s priority is to support production, so assigned tasks could change at a moment’s notice. This requires that our team members are flexible and extremely adaptable to do what is needed to get the job done.
