As a Production Team Member in the Foam Department, you’ll play a hands-on role in insulating and preparing spas during a critical stage of production. This is an active, team-oriented role for individuals who take pride in physical work, reliability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work within the Foam Department to apply insulation materials and support the production process while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Foam Application & Production Support
- Move spa carts and materials into foam spray areas
- Apply foam evenly and accurately using spray equipment
- Follow detailed Work Order Instructions and department procedures
- Ensure proper coverage and quality throughout the foam process
Equipment Maintenance & Cleanup
- Clean and maintain spray equipment and filters regularly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the department
- Support safe handling of materials and equipment
Cross-Training & Teamwork
- Assist in multiple production areas as needed
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adapt to changing production priorities and department needs
Certification & Growth Opportunities
Additional earning opportunities are available through department certifications:
- +$1.00/hour for PAPR/Respirator Clearance
- +$1.00/hour for Footwell Foam Certification
- +$1.00/hour for Final/Fill Foam Certification
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dependable individuals who work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to learn multiple tasks and follow instructions carefully
Preferred:
- Forklift experience
- Fiberglass or manufacturing experience

Physical & Work Environment
This is a highly active production role. You should be comfortable with:
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, squatting, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Working in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environments
- Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, foam, dust, glue, and related materials
- Wearing protective equipment, including respirators and eye protection
