Supplier Quality Technician





Reporting to the Quality Manager, the purpose of this position is to support the efforts of the Quality Department through process auditing, product measurement, document control, and continuous improvement within Master Spas.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Oversee and maintain video recordings in electronic file for all detailed spas.

·        Oversee the scanning of Manufacturing & Quality documents for electronic files.

·        Maintain records of spas tested.

·        Communicate any quality fit, form or function issues as well as any manufacturing or material issues.

·        Work in conjunction with Quality Manager and applicable suppliers for problem resolution.

·        Auditing processes and process flow.

·        Assist in training or auditing the Quality auditors.

·        Research and gather data to assist by providing specialized reports, charts, Written Operator Instruction (WOI), Standard Practice documents or other data spreadsheets.

·        Provide Manufacturing & Quality with various assembly instructions, spa equipment settings or other supporting documentation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

·        Competency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Outlook.

·        Ability to interact with other departments as well as members of the department with respect.

Mon – Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm *Follows Production schedule, subject to change or overtime as required.

COMPENSATION:

$16.50-$18.50 plus competitive benefits package
