Training Coordinator (Bilingual in Spanish)

At MasterSpas, our success starts with our people. As a Training Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the employee experience—helping new hires get started the right way and supporting ongoing development across our production teams.


This is a highly interactive role for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and building strong relationships while making a measurable impact on employee performance and retention.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support and enhance training programs that prepare employees for success and help teams perform at their best.

New Hire Orientation & Training

  • Lead and facilitate new hire orientation, including classroom and hands-on training
  • Teach production processes, safety standards, and company expectations
  • Support candidate evaluation during the interview process
  • Communicate manufacturing concepts clearly to a diverse workforce

Trainer Development & Coaching

  • Coach supervisors and trainers on effective training techniques
  • Support leaders in improving communication, goal setting, and employee development
  • Help align training practices with company standards and department goals

Training Program Management

  • Maintain and update training matrices to track employee progress and skill development
  • Ensure training records and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor employee progress and recommend improvements when needed
  • Collaborate with production leadership to align training with performance goals

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Follow up with employees and supervisors to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Gather feedback and improve training materials and delivery methods
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to employee development

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is organized, confident, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Required:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
  • Comfort presenting and facilitating training for groups
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching roles
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Burmese)
  • Experience working with training programs or employee development systems

Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch
