As an Industrial Sewer at MasterSpas, craftsmanship becomes part of every vinyl spa cover you help create.

This isn't delicate sewing. It's hands-on manufacturing where precision, consistency, and quality matter with every seam. You'll operate industrial sewing equipment to build products designed to protect our spas through changing seasons and years of use.

As the Maintenance Supervisor at MasterSpas, you'll lead the people responsible for keeping our production equipment, building systems, and facilities safe, reliable, and operational. You'll be a leader, coach, technical resource, problem-solver, and decision-maker—and your team's performance will have a direct impact on the entire manufacturing operation. If you're technically strong but also understand that your greatest impact as a supervisor comes from developing people, setting priorities, and creating accountability, this is the kind of leadership role where you can make a difference.

Production numbers matter. But great production leadership is about more than hitting a number at the end of the shift. It's making sure your team knows what's expected. It's catching a quality problem before it moves down the line. It's recognizing when someone needs coaching instead of waiting until performance becomes a bigger issue. It's keeping people safe while still finding ways to make the department more efficient.

As the Production Supervisor in our Foam department at MasterSpas, you'll lead the people, processes, and daily operations of our Footwell and Final Foam departments—with direct accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This is a role for someone who doesn't just want to supervise production. You want to build a team that knows how to perform.

By the time a MasterSpas hot tub reaches Quality Control, dozens of people have already had a hand in building it. But before that spa can move forward, someone has to ask one final question: Is this good enough to have our name on it?

As a Quality Control Auditor, you’ll be one of the people trusted to answer that question. You’ll inspect and test our spas from top to bottom—checking appearance, workmanship, equipment installation, and functionality against MasterSpas’ quality standards. And when something isn’t right, you’ll have the responsibility to catch it, document it, and make sure it gets addressed. This isn't about finding fault for the sake of finding fault. It's about protecting the customer, protecting the people who built the product, and protecting the MasterSpas name.
