As the Maintenance Supervisor at MasterSpas, you'll lead the people responsible for keeping our production equipment, building systems, and facilities safe, reliable, and operational. You'll be a leader, coach, technical resource, problem-solver, and decision-maker—and your team's performance will have a direct impact on the entire manufacturing operation. By the time a MasterSpas hot tub reaches Quality Control, dozens of people have already had a hand in building it. But before that spa can move forward, someone has to ask one final question: Is this good enough to have our name on it?

As a Quality Control Auditor, you’ll be one of the people trusted to answer that question. You’ll inspect and test our spas from top to bottom—checking appearance, workmanship, equipment installation, and functionality against MasterSpas’ quality standards. And when something isn’t right, you’ll have the responsibility to catch it, document it, and make sure it gets addressed. This isn't about finding fault for the sake of finding fault. It's about protecting the customer, protecting the people who built the product, and protecting the MasterSpas name.
