As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for product support, troubleshooting, and account assistance—helping ensure every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
What You’ll Do
This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and technical support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide accurate, timely solutions.
Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers, dealers, and service technicians
- Provide clear, accurate information on products, features, warranties, and processes
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist with parts orders, order status, and account questions
- Help diagnose and resolve product issues, including spa systems and components
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for plumbing, control systems, and connectivity (WiFi/Bluetooth)
- Learn and apply technical knowledge related to spa systems and wiring
Account & Warranty Support
- Assist with warranty claims, service requests, and account updates
- Support service coordination and follow up on open items
- Help maintain accurate customer and dealer records
Documentation & Training Support
- Create and update product reference materials using Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with training materials and support internal/external training initiatives
- Help maintain accurate and accessible departmental documentation

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in a technical or troubleshooting role
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Technical training or related education

SCHEDULE:
Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch & Friday 8am-12pm (on site, not remote)
COMPENSATION:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour to start (based on experience) plus $1-$2 for technical support
