As a Delivery & Set-Up Crew Member at MasterSpas, you're part of that moment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with a team, staying active, solving challenges on the fly, and taking pride in seeing a project completed. You'll help deliver and install hot tubs and swim spas at homes and businesses, knowing that what you're doing isn't just moving a product—you're helping create memories that will last for years.
What You'll Do
No two deliveries are exactly alike.
One morning you might be helping carry a spa into a backyard overlooking a lake. That afternoon you could be navigating a tight gate or finding the safest way to place a swim spa exactly where the customer wants it.

Help Deliver Backyard Dreams
- Work with your crew to safely deliver hot tubs and swim spas.
- Assist with unloading, moving, and positioning products at customer homes and businesses.
- Help create a delivery experience customers will remember for all the right reasons.
Work as a Team
- Communicate with your crew to safely move large products.
- Jump in wherever you're needed to keep deliveries on schedule.
- Support one another during physically demanding installations.
Take Pride in Every Job
- Help keep company vehicles, equipment, the warehouse, and showroom clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures every step of the way.
- Treat every customer's property with professionalism and care.
