Digital Marketing Copywriter

As the Digital Marketing Copywriter at Master Spas, you’ll craft compelling, persuasive copy for email marketing, nurturing campaigns, and sales funnels. Your writing will build trust with consumers, strengthen brand perception, and drive traffic to our websites. Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver clear messaging that boosts engagement, generates leads, and increases conversions and revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective email strategies.
- Write engaging copy for email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and sales funnels.
- Continuously test and optimize email content to improve open and click-through rates.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform messaging.
- Create email communications tailored for our dealer network.
- Contribute ideas, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate team wins.
- Present creative concepts and strategic messaging ideas.
- Stay current on marketing trends and continuously improve your skills.
- Create and maintain monthly reports to track email performance and key campaign metrics.
- Provide occasional copy support for websites, ads, videos, and other marketing initiatives, as needed to support strategic objectives or as assigned by leadership.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role.
- Strong alignment with Master Spas’ Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- A team player who is humble, driven, and emotionally intelligent.
- Familiarity with SB7 framework and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS and EMS platforms, such as Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and Keap/Infusionsoft
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled at producing error-free content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

SCHEDULE:
M-TH 7:00AM - 5:00 PM with an hour unpaid lunch and Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
*This is an onsite role.
