As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue across both channels. This is a dynamic position that blends inside sales, e-commerce strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and finding new ways to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

This role is focused on driving results, improving processes, and supporting both our dealer network and online sales growth.

Dealer Engagement & Inventory Movement

  • Partner with Dealers and Territory Sales Representatives to move inventory and drive sales
  • Identify aging or stalled inventory and proactively develop solutions
  • Support dealers in meeting sales targets through outreach, communication, and follow-up
  • Encourage timely shipment and order fulfillment

E-commerce & Direct-to-Consumer Growth

  • Manage and support online sales activity for Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and digital engagement
  • Identify opportunities to grow online sales and improve the customer buying experience
  • Track performance metrics and recommend new strategies to increase revenue

Sales Innovation & Process Improvement

  • Bring new ideas to improve sales processes and simplify workflows
  • Evaluate current systems and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Support pilot programs and sales initiatives led by leadership
  • Think creatively about how to improve results across the sales funnel

Sales Operations & Systems

  • Maintain dealer agreements, CRM data, and internal sales systems
  • Track key metrics such as inventory movement and shipment status
  • Ensure accurate dealer and territory information across platforms

Coordination & Support

  • Assist with sales meetings, training events, and dealer visits
  • Coordinate logistics for visiting dealers and Territory Representatives
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven individual who is comfortable balancing sales, data, and digital tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Inside sales, e-commerce, customer service, or dealer/distributor environments
  • Experience with online sales platforms or direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales systems
