Inside Sales Specialist





The Inside Sales & D2C Sales Representative is a key contributor to the success of MasterSpas’ dealer and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels. This role focuses on inside sales activities, dealer communication, and ownership of online sales initiatives — including Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT product lines.

 

A critical part of this position is actively working with our Dealers and Territory Representatives to help move dealer-owned inventory, reduce aging product, and ensure timely shipment of orders already placed. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings new ideas to simplify sales processes, and embraces innovation in support of Master Spas’ mission of helping people live life better.

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Inside Sales, Dealer Engagement & Inventory Movement

• Engage regularly with Dealers and Territory Sales Representatives to encourage shipment of dealer-owned inventory

• Identify stalled, aging, or unscheduled dealer inventory and proactively offer solutions to move it

• Support Territory Reps in communicating the value of timely shipments, promotions, or incentives

• Assist dealers and Territory Reps in meeting Master Spas’ sales targets through proactive outreach and support

 

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) & Commercial Sales – Chilly GOAT, Sweaty GOAT & Hot Tub University

• Manage online sales activity and customer interactions for Chilly GOAT and Sweaty GOAT

• Partner with Marketing to support digital campaigns, promotions, and online engagement

• Track D2C sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose new ideas

• Coordinate with Commercial Sales Team for events & orders through fulfillment

• Test and implement creative new approaches to increase D2C sales and visibility

 

Sales Innovation & Process Improvement

• Champion creative thinking and propose new ideas that streamline sales processes

• Evaluate existing sales workflows and recommend opportunities to increase efficiency

• Support pilot initiatives and special projects led by Sales leadership

• Bring an innovative mindset to problem-solving across the sales funnel

 

Systems, Tools & Sales Operations

• Manage dealer agreements and maintain accurate digital files

• Maintain the dealer locator, lead management system, and dealer territory mapping program

• Assist in tracking key sales metrics including inventory movement and shipment status

• Ensure internal systems remain updated with accurate dealer and territory information

 

Coordination & Meeting Support

• Assist with planning and implementation of sales training & events

• Coordinate travel logistics for dealers and Territory Sales Representatives visiting Fort Wayne

• Participate in weekly Territory Rep meetings and other sales-related discussions

• Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or dealer/distributor environments preferred

• Comfortable initiating conversations and encouraging action from dealers and Territory Reps

• Strong communication skills, both relational and persuasive

• Creative thinker willing to challenge old processes and introduce new solutions

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with CRM or sales systems is beneficial

• Experience with D2C platforms, online sales, or e-commerce is a plus

SCHEDULE:

M–Th 7:00am-5:00pm (with an hour unpaid lunch); Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, with travel as required
