What You’ll Do
No two days are exactly the same in this role—you’ll support production wherever help is needed most.
Production Support & Material Movement
- Move materials, parts, and waste throughout the facility
- Support production flow by ensuring work areas stay supplied and clear
- Transport materials between buildings using forklifts, box trucks, or trailers
Facility & Maintenance Support
- Assist with industrial cleaning and basic facility upkeep
- Support maintenance with non-skilled tasks and preventative work
- Help safely handle and store chemicals and materials
Equipment Operation
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification required and provided)
- Maintain safe operation standards at all times
Team Support & Flexibility
- Work across multiple departments and facilities as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
- Take initiative and stay productive throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for dependable, adaptable individuals who are ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Preferred:
- Forklift experience
- Clean driving record
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

Physical & Work Environment
This is a highly active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with:
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Working indoors and outdoors across multiple facilities
- Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
- Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:00pm with possible OT
COMPENSATION:
$16.50-$17.50 per hour to start.
**Additional $1.00 per hour once forklift certification is received.
