As a Small Parts Clerk, you’ll play a key role in managing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring parts are accurately handled and shipped. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working hands-on, and being an essential part of daily operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the small parts department by ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Pull and prepare daily part orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for incoming, outgoing, and returned parts
  • Organize and label shelving and storage locations
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy resolution

Shipping & Logistics

  • Process shipments using systems like FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Package parts securely to ensure safe delivery
  • Track shipments and help resolve any shipping issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines

Safety & Equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
  • Use ladders daily to retrieve and stock items
  • Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and verification
  • Obtain forklift certification (training provided, pay increase available)

Administrative Support

  • Update inventory and shipping data in tracking systems
  • Use basic computer programs (Excel, Word) to support operations
  • Communicate with team members on order status and inventory needs

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

  • Experience in warehouse, shipping, or inventory roles
  • Familiarity with shipping systems or RF scanners
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active warehouse role. You should be comfortable with:

  • Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75–100 lbs. with assistance
  • Climbing ladders regularly
  • Working in non-temperature-controlled environments
  • Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products

$17.00-$19.00 per hour *Additional $1.00 per hour once forklift certification obtained
