Maintenance Electrician
This role is responsible for performing advanced electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance throughout production areas, facilities, and grounds. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, PLCs, HVAC systems, and electrical panels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems such as wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable National, State, and Local electrical codes and safety regulations.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
- Update and maintain equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Safety
- Work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic, VFDs, motor controls, and automation components.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attendance record required.

SCHEDULE:
M-TH 6:00AM – 4:00PM. Possible and probable overtime based on production schedule/need
COMPENSATION:
$25-$30 per hour
