What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the electrical systems that support our manufacturing environment.

Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, PLCs, HVAC systems, and electrical panels
  • Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions
  • Install and maintain wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems
  • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, logs, and inventory usage
  • Update schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to coordinate repairs
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment


What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly skilled electrician who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Required:

  • 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, VFDs, and motor controls
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation systems and advanced troubleshooting
  • Ability to support cross-functional maintenance needs

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role in a manufacturing setting. You should be comfortable with:

  • Standing, bending, and working in various positions throughout your shift
  • Lifting 50+ lbs. with assistance
  • Working around machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment
  • Performing work safely in a production environment

JOB TYPE:
Full Time

SCHEDULE:

M-TH 6:00AM – 4:00PM. Possible and probable overtime based on production schedule/need

COMPENSATION:

Our starting rate for Maintenance Technicians with minimum skill sets range from $25-$30/hr. In situations where the candidate comes in with skills that exceed what we are looking for, they have the opportunity to earn significantly more once those skills are confirmed.
