Retail Sales Associate - Boerne, TX





Sell spas and related products to the public (retail showroom and off-site events). This person will not only greet customers as they enter the salesroom to assist them in purchasing a spa but assist in sales transactions of parts/chemicals for various spas. This person will also provide general support to the sales manager.  

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sell spas and related products from the retail showroom and off-site sales events.
  • Generate sales leads and maintain customer follow ups via phone, letters, e-mails etc.
  • Review finance programs with customers and complete all corresponding paperwork.
  • Projects as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Assist the Retail Department with the following:
  • Off-site show preparation
  • Advising and directing the delivery crew
  • Answering in coming phone calls and provide great customer service
  • Showroom counter sales
  • Keeping chemicals, filters and accessories stocked
  • Quarterly/ yearly Inventories
  • Showroom/warehouse maintenance
  • Sales Orders/paperwork
  • Delivery Scheduling
  • Photo Shoots
  • Special Showroom Events – Clean/Setup/tear down/assist where needed
  • Office organization/filing/stocking supplies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
  • Proven sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in an office/sales environment.
  • Experience with Excel and cash handling preferred.

JOB TYPE:
Full Time

SCHEDULE:

M-F 10a-6p with Saturdays as needed and possible OT. We are willing to negotiate the schedule.

COMPENSATION:

Base hourly plus commission
