Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Voted best in the industry 14 years in a row, the Marketing Department is in search of a Graphic Designer to join the team. Responsibilities range from designing brochures, advertisements, sales materials, and digital marketing assets to participation in photoshoots and content creation events. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will collaborate with the Master Spas in-house marketing team that includes graphic designers, web-developers, copywriters, videographers, social media specialists, and photographers.

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Layout and design in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Creatively enhance, evolve, and maintain company brand across collateral and projects including brochures.
  • Advertisements, sales materials, POP, digital assets
  • Pre-flight and prepare files for print / working with print vendors.
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current company workload.
  • Maintain tight schedules and deadlines.



  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
  • Experience in both print and digital media.
  • Extensive experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong InDesign skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient skills in proofreading
  • Strong conceptual and creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and samples of printed collateral.

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with an hour lunch & Friday 8am-12pm
