As the CAD Modeler/Reverse Engineer at Master Spas, the world's leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, and cold tubs, you will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. This position is responsible for developing and modeling various components and assemblies of a spa. The individual will work with our CAD software to create concepts and design new parts, modify existing designs, and perform reverse engineering of existing physical spa shells or parts using point cloud data.  

Because of the complexity of our product design, this position is full-time on-site at our Fort Wayne Indiana location.

Our hand-crafted Spas and Swim Spas are made and tested to the highest quality standard and that quality starts with our team members in production. Each employee on the production line is asked to perform a variety of duties in a variety of departments, as cross-training is key to our continued success. You will need to follow the Work Order Instructions & Procedures in place in the department assigned to ensure production of a quality product at all times. All departments are required to work together as a team, so it is crucial that this person be dependable and able to work well with others. Chop Gun Operator pulls fixture with "skin" into spray booth area. Operator then proceeds to shoot laminate material evenly and thoroughly on the formed "skin". Operator must exert great care in this process to make sure laminate thickness is even on every portion of the "skin". Operator must follow posted click count cards to ensure proper fiberglass quantity. When this process is completed, Operator must assist rollers by manually rolling the laminate material just applied, insuring there are no air pockets between laminate and skin, and to provide proper mixing of catalyst and resin. When this is completed, Operator then starts the process over a new "skin". Between tubs, operator must maintain and clean chop gun.

Under the direction of the Dealer Support Manager this position is responsible for providing the best support possible to assigned accounts from our world wide dealer network.

Assists in the delivery and set-up of spas and swim spas to various locations. This can be done in any weather condition and virtually any environment/location. There is a bit of down time while traveling to and from the delivery locations. When not on deliveries, the crew helps with the cleaning and organization of the warehouse and showroom.  

As the Design Engineering Manager at Master Spas, the world's leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, and cold tubs, you will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team in the design, development, and improvement of innovative and high-quality spa, swim spa and cold tub products. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Provides field support and service to spa owners. Troubleshoots and performs repairs to spas and swim spas involving various skills such as plumbing, electrical component troubleshooting and replacement, basic acrylic/fiberglass repairs and more.

The operators in Holecut use pneumatic drills, with proper hole saw attached, drill the spa shells for jets, light, suctions and top side control. Sands off back side of hole after drill operation, checking for proper thickness of fiberglass.

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager this position will assist in all aspects of Human Resources including hiring and interviewing staff, on-boarding, benefit administration, training, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

As the Industrial Design Engineer at Master Spas, the world's leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, and cold tubs, you will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. In this pivotal role, you will be relied on to use your knowledge of art, business, and engineering to create products that are functional, meet our customer’s needs, and are cost-effective to manufacture.

Under the direction of the Covers Manager our packers are responsible for packing the foam core into the vinyl spa covers.

Under the direction of the Retail Sales Manager as well as the Executive Vice President, this position provides broad support for sales team in a variety of different ways.

Load product onto designated transportation modes (ie. trailers, containers, etc.) per schedules and maintain accuracy within inventories and required documentation.

The Testing Technician Intern provides hands-on technical and testing support throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. This is a versatile position that blends a variety of engineering disciplines, knowledge, and experiences. This position reports to the Research and Development Manager.
