Retail Administrative Assistant (Boerne, TX)

As a Retail Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations, supporting customers, assisting our sales team, and helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. What You'll Do

You'll help create an exceptional experience for customers while keeping our showroom organized, efficient, and ready for success.

Customer Experience & Sales Support

  • Welcome customers into the showroom with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing helpful, timely assistance
  • Assist customers with parts, chemicals, accessories, and general product questions
  • Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure customers stay informed throughout their purchasing journey
  • Process customer payments accurately and maintain daily cash balancing

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the retail team
  • Accurately enter sales, service, and delivery information into company systems
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records, contracts, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for sales consultations, deliveries, and service visits
  • Support daily paperwork and ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly filed
  • Help with special projects that keep retail operations running efficiently

Showroom Operations

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
  • Monitor inventory levels for chemicals, filters, and retail supplies
  • Assist with showroom setup, special events, and promotional activities
  • Support daily operational processes that keep the retail location running smoothly

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Accounting to ensure payments and paperwork are processed accurately
  • Work closely with the Retail Operations Coordinator, General Manager, Controller, and Director of Retail to support consistent processes across retail locations
  • Assist with marketing promotions, customer events, and expos as needed

What We're Looking For

  • We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
  • Previous administrative, retail, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with SAGE100, Google Sheets, or Dropbox is a plus
  • Cash handling experience is helpful
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed
