Digital Narrative & Design Specialist

Master Spas is looking for a Digital Narrative & Design Specialist to craft and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You’ll write and design emails, lead nurturing sequences, and develop sales funnels that drive engagement, build trust, and boost conversions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to write and design visually impactful email marketing strategies.
  • Develop copy and design visually engaging content, develop version-optimized campaign assets for email, web, and digital funnels.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to inform design direction and messaging.
  • Design email communications tailored for our dealer network, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Contribute creative ideas, provide feedback, and celebrate team achievements.
  • Present campaign concepts and strategic design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on digital copy techniques, design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain monthly performance reports to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide design support for websites, ads, videos, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in digital design and campaign creation.
  • Strong alignment with Master Spas’ Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • A collaborative team player who is humble, driven, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Familiarity with SB7 framework and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with CMS and EMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and Keap/Infusionsoft.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in producing error-free, brand-aligned digital assets.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, layout design, and analytical abilities.

Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) & Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
