Retail Administrative Assistant (Part-Time/Located in Grand Rapids, MI)





Under the direction of the Retail Sales Director as well as the Executive Vice President, this position provides broad support for sales team in a variety of different ways.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·       Administrative and clerical support to the sales department

·       Minor sales of spa products and supplies

·       Data entry of sales etc.

·       Scheduling various appointments for sales and delivery department

·       Running and balancing of the cash register

·       Projects as assigned by the sales manager

Additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·       Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy is a must

·       Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

·       Superior interpersonal and communication skills

·       Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook

·       Experience with SAGE100 or other accounting software is a plus

·       High school diploma or equivalent minimum

Tuesday 1pm - 6pm 

Wednesday 1pm - 7pm

Thursday 1pm - 6pm

Friday 1pm - 7pm 

Saturday 12pm - 5pm

COMPENSATION:

$18.00 - $19.00 based on experience
