Video Content Creator





As the Video Content Creator at Master Spas you are responsible for the creation and development of impactful & engaging content for social media marketing initiatives. You win when the content you produce is branded, engaging and has clear messaging, while maintaining a consistent workflow that supports the fast-paced Master Spas culture. 

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Organize and edit raw video footage to produce post-ready content within brand standards.

·        Organize files including raw files, final videos, b roll, projects and archives.

·        Maintain content on sites including YouTube, OneHub, andVimeo.

·        Research our consumers, owners and dealers to create content that connects with our audience.

·        Ensure best SEO practices for digital content produced.

·        On-going collaboration with Social Marketing Team to ensure they have the resources required in a timely manner 

·        Commit to and live out the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Master Spas

·        A humble, hungry, and smart team member

·        Well versed in StoryBrand methods, the ever-changing strategies of SEO and engaging content

·        Ability to produce error-free content that adheres to our company style guidelines

·        Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current company workload

·        Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

·        Able to produce large volume of finished projects in a timely manner

·        Be a continual learner, enhancing skills and noting relevant trends

·        Familiar with InShot, Capcut, and multiple NLE (Final Cut Pro [FCPX], DaVinci Reslove, Premiere Pro, etc.)

·        Experience with workflows required for post-processing of various digital video file formats including RAW video file formats (Canon Raw, Blackmagic Raw, RED Raw, etc) ProRes, HEVC, MP4

·        Experience with color grading preferred

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch & Fridays 8am-12pm

*This is an onsite role.
