Master Spas Job Opportunities

As a Class A CDL driver for Master Spas, you will move, stage and deliver dry vans as necessary between company warehouses/facilities in a timely manner here in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Loading and unloading assistance may be necessary to support the various department schedules. The ability to be flexible as schedules change is key to our success. We are looking for someone who can work well in an environment such as this to meet customer demands.

Provides field support and service to spa owners. Troubleshoots and performs repairs to spas and swim spas involving various skills such as plumbing, electrical component troubleshooting and replacement, basic acrylic/fiberglass repairs and more.  

Under the direction of the Director of Retail Sales as well as the Executive Vice President, this position provides broad support for sales team in a variety of different ways.  

Sell spas and related products to the public (retail showroom and off-site events). This person will not only greet customers as they enter the salesroom to assist them in purchasing a spa but assist in sales transactions of parts/chemicals for various spas. This person will also provide general support to the sales manager.

Under the direction of the Director of Retail Operations, this position coordinates all aspects of the customer experience for our Indianapolis retail location.

Load product onto designated transportation modes (ie. trailers, containers, etc.) per schedules and maintain accuracy within inventories and required documentation.
