Congratulations and Welcome to the Master Spas Team! We are excited to have you start, but first there are a few pre-employment requirements that must be completed prior to the start of work. Once an offer is received, you must contact HR to schedule your New Employee Basic Training/Start Date. HR will provide instructions for the pre-employment drug screen at that time, and all offers are contingent upon clean results from the drug screen. The final step is to pick up your new hire packet from the main Master Spas lobby or you can simply download the new hire packet, print it out, complete it, and bring it with you to you New Employee Basic Training Session. There is also a “Welcome Letter” that you will receive from HR that will provide further information on the paperwork, as well as what you will need to bring with you and where to report on your first day.
