By the time a MasterSpas hot tub reaches Quality Control, dozens of people have already had a hand in building it. But before that spa can move forward, someone has to ask one final question: Is this good enough to have our name on it?

As a Quality Control Auditor, you’ll be one of the people trusted to answer that question. You’ll inspect and test our spas from top to bottom—checking appearance, workmanship, equipment installation, and functionality against MasterSpas’ quality standards. And when something isn’t right, you’ll have the responsibility to catch it, document it, and make sure it gets addressed. This isn't about finding fault for the sake of finding fault. It's about protecting the customer, protecting the people who built the product, and protecting the MasterSpas name.

Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, the General Manager oversees all aspects of retail showroom operations, sales performance, and customer experience within their assigned state. This role ensures alignment with company goals, drives sales growth, supports staff development, and maintains company standards and assets.

As a Packer in our Covers Department, you're the final set of hands that ensures every spa cover leaving our facility meets the quality our customers expect.

The work you do protects one of the most important parts of every hot tub. It helps ensure customers receive a product that's ready to perform from the moment it arrives.
