Custodial Team Member
Take pride in leaving things better than you found them.
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Custodial Team Member who takes pride in a job well done. Someone who notices the details, likes staying active, and understands that a clean workplace makes a difference for everyone who works here.
This is a hands-on role supporting both our manufacturing and office facilities. You’ll help keep the spaces our employees use every day clean, organized, and ready for what comes next.
If you’re someone who likes to stay busy, work independently, and be part of a team that counts on one another, you might fit right in.
What You’ll Do
No two areas are exactly the same, so your responsibilities may change depending on where you’re working. That variety is part of the job. You’ll help:
- Keep offices, breakrooms, restrooms, floors, and other areas clean and maintained.
- Take ownership of the cleanliness of your assigned work areas.
- Handle small amounts of paperwork and inventory when needed.
- Learn a variety of tasks and jump in where help is needed.
- Work independently while also being a reliable part of the team.
- Adjust when priorities change in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Communicate and work well with the people around you.
Who We’re Looking For
We aren’t looking for someone who needs to be reminded to get the job done. We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention, and takes ownership of their work. You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:
- Like seeing the results of your work at the end of the day.
- Don’t mind being on your feet and doing physical, hands-on work.
- Can stay productive while working independently.
- Are willing to learn different tasks.
- Can shift gears when priorities change.
- Communicate well and work comfortably around different teams.
- Understand how important good attendance and dependability are to a team.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is ideal, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
This Is a Hands-On Job
We want candidates to know what the work is really like before applying. This position may require you to regularly stand, sit, squat, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout your shift. You’ll need good manual dexterity and must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Because you’ll be working around our manufacturing operations, you may work outdoors and in non-temperature-controlled manufacturing or warehouse environments. Our facilities also manufacture or work with materials such as fiberglass, resin, plastics, dust, glue, primer, and foam. Following safety policies is an important part of the job.
