Small Parts Lead
Lead the Team That Keeps Customers Moving.
When a customer needs a replacement part, it usually means something they rely on is not working the way it should.
They may be waiting on a pump, control, fitting, or another small component that makes a big difference. Behind every accurate order and on-time shipment is a team making sure the right part gets to the right person as quickly as possible.
As the Small Parts Lead at MasterSpas, you will lead that team.
This is more than a warehouse leadership role. You will connect Customer Service, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and the Replacement Parts team to solve problems, keep orders moving, and help customers get back to enjoying their MasterSpas products.
If you enjoy leading people, organizing moving pieces, and improving the way work gets done, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact every day.
