Small Parts Supervisor





Reporting to our Inventory Control-Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment in the replacement parts department. They will also correspond with the customer service team on order status and part availability. A strong leader and detail-oriented personality is critical to the success of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Supervise and train Small Parts team in order fulfillment and shipping process.

·        Reviewing stock levels daily and communicate stock needs to purchasing.

·        Responsible for all inventory transactions in Sage, including receipts and transfers.

·        Work with inventory control to ensure inventory levels are accurate and reduce excess inventory and variation.

·        Communicate with Customer Service team members to provide visibility on sales order status and part availability.

·        Correspond with FedEx as needed to ensure shipments successfully arrive with the customer.

·        Investigate and resolve shipping errors, delays, or damaged products.

·        Work cohesively with RMA department. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·        Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy is a must

·        Experience in Inventory Control and Fulfillment

·        Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook

·        Experience with SAGE100 or other accounting software is a plus

·        Willingness to work overtime as necessary to complete a project is required

·        Able to create and manage complicated Excel spreadsheets

·        High school diploma or equivalent minimum
