Shopify Developer





We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer to join our dynamic, award-winning Marketing team.

Master Spas stands as the largest swim spa manufacturer in the world, and the largest hot tub manufacturer that builds our products in the USA. We continue to grow and expand with the inclusion of Michael Phelps products, including the all-new Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs. We are currently seeking to add a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

This position will collaborate with the Master Spas in-house marketing team, which is a fast-paced (yet fun) culture that includes graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, videographers, social media specialists, and photographers.

As a Shopify Developer, you will work closely with the Master Spas Marketing team to create engaging and user-friendly online shopping experiences for our customers, implement and customize Shopify themes, develop custom Shopify apps, and optimize the overall performance of our e-commerce platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Develop and customize Shopify themes according to design specifications and brand guidelines.

·        Build custom Shopify apps using Shopify API and other relevant technologies.

·        Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness across all devices.

·        Analyze data and perform a/b testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

·        Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Shopify configuration, themes, and apps.

·        Stay updated on the latest Shopify features, trends, and best practices.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·        High school diploma or equivalent minimum.

·        Proficiency in Shopify Liquid programming language.

·        Strong understanding of Shopify's platform and API.

·        Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

·        Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

·        Graphic design skills with experience in creating visually appealing web elements and UI/UX designs.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·        Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

SCHEDULE:

Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch & Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

COMPENSATION:

$75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)
