Sales Administrative Assistant





Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, this role requires a team player willing to step in for a variety of tasks and work to support the Sales staff by assisting with event coordination, communicating with our worldwide dealer network and territory representatives, tracking events and sales, as well as working with various other departments within Master Spas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·        Stay organized and up to date on all paperwork and files.

·        Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our products and services, and programs.

·        Understand our market competitors and their products.

·        Communicate with dealers and customers and build relationships.

·        Support our annual sales training as well as any other events.

·        Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

·        Record keeping and reporting.

·        Answer questions and work to resolve any concerns by both internal and external customers/departments.

·        Ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner and step in when additional support is needed.

·        Additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

·        Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy is a must.

·        Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

·        Superior interpersonal and communication skills

·        Excellent computer skills

·        Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook

·        High school diploma or equivalent minimum

Full Time

SCHEDULE:

Mon – Thurs 7:00am-5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch & Friday 8am-12pm On Site

COMPENSATION:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
