Texas Retail Assistant – Houston

Reporting to our Texas Retail Coordinator and ultimately our Controller, this position is responsible for assisting with our retail activity in the Houston area.
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting the Texas Retail Coordinator with the following tasks:
- All aspects of planning & preparations for retail sales events & shows.
- Securing venue & handling all documentation
- Securing sales staff coverage through broker
- Determining & placing orders for inventory to be sold
- Correspondence with Dealer Support as needed to track & expedite orders
- Arranging local spa deliveries through Texas Spa Services
- Managing inventory as well as arranging for incoming inventory
- Collecting & processing payments
- Handling all customer inquiries on order status & follow-up
- Administrative and clerical support as needed
- Scanning of all contracts and RX’s following a sales event
Proven attention to detail, accuracy and incredible communication skills are all musts
Experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service or similar preferred
Experience in coordinating sales shows or expos helpful
Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
Willingness to work various hours as necessary during events
High school diploma or equivalent minimum

Varies based on show schedule, would include some weekend hours
COMPENSATION:
$18-$22 based on experience
