Training Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources the Training Manager will design, plan and implement effective training programs, policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organization.

The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization.
• Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
• Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
• Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
• Tracking and recognition of training milestones.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Proven work experience
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Thorough understanding of traditional and modern training methods
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Degree in education, communications, human resources or relevant field preferred


Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm (hour unpaid lunch daily) Friday 8am-12pm *This is a salaried & exempt position, while scheduled for 40 hours working 45-50 hours per week should be anticipated.

$55,000-$65,000 annual salary depending on experience
