Primary responsibility will be to assist with production scheduling but will be trained to provide back up support to purchasing as needed.  This person will spend a good amount of time analyzing data, performing various data entry as well as corresponding with dealers and providing general support to the purchasing department.


The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Scheduling Department (Primary):

  • Schedule next day’s production
  • Process daily reports from production floor
  • Update completions and releases for work orders
  • Update month end reports for VP of Manufacturing
  • Issue parts out of inventory for hold tags
  • Update detail re-work, and re-start reports
  • Process blems, scrap spas; fix computer batches on completions as needed
  • Change material for special build work orders
  • Adjust outstanding BOM issues as needed
  • Print labels for detail line, H2X line, and shipping as needed
  • Assist purchasing in ordering material for specific vendors
  • Check and release material with assigned vendors on delivery of orders as needed

Purchasing Department (Secondary):

  • Assist with purchase orders
  • Review & follow-up on Expected Delivery Report
  • Vendor correspondence for ETAs & information on orders
  • Special projects as assigned


High school diploma or equivalent minimum

Previous office/administrative experience required with purchasing experience a plus

Proven attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Ability to analyze stock needs and order lead times

Competent with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
